The Forgotten Coast, Florida
The Forgotten Coast is one of the last undeveloped stretches of Gulf shoreline in Florida — no high-rises, no chain restaurants, no spring break crowds. Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island each have a distinct character. These videos give you a ground-level feel for what life here actually looks like before you ever set foot on the peninsula.
The Forgotten Coast runs from Mexico Beach west to Apalachicola — a stretch of Gulf and bay-front Florida that has resisted the overdevelopment that defines much of the Panhandle. CBRA zones, limited infrastructure, and a deliberate pace of life keep this area accessible to buyers who want something genuinely different. These videos cover the communities Kinsey works most actively: Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island.
Curated on-location footage from local creators — the undeveloped Gulf shoreline, the fishing villages, and the bay-front communities that define the Forgotten Coast.
