Kinsey Haddock is originally from Gulf Breeze, Florida, with family roots on Amelia Island. He lives in the Panhandle today and serves two connected coastal regions: the Emerald Coast, including Panama City Beach, 30A, Destin, Niceville, and nearby communities; and the Forgotten Coast, including Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, and St. George Island.
He represents both local and out-of-state buyers and sellers as an active REALTOR®. Because the area attracts many second-home and vacation-rental buyers, Kinsey regularly manages remote searches, video walkthroughs, inspections, negotiations, and closing coordination while giving local clients the same attentive, practical guidance. He has worked in a broker capacity for more than five years and brings more than fifteen years of experience in real estate and home-related products and services.
